When you contact PSS, all information will be treated confidentially but please be aware that, as with all professionals in the field, if we hear things that cause concern about a child's safety we have a professional obligation to inform partnership services.

Please also note, this is not a crisis service. In an emergency you must contact your GP, A&E or you local Social Work Duty Team.
